8,500 Kilometers Between Heidenheim and Kunshan

Personal Exchange Strengthens Collaboration

A distance of 8,500 kilometers separates the maierGROUP locations in Heidenheim, Germany, and Kunshan, China. Over the past few days, however, it became clear how quickly that distance can shrink when people meet in person.

We were pleased to welcome Polly and Tina from our Kunshan location to Heidenheim. They were accompanied by Holger Schuller, who is responsible for the collaboration with China and supported the exchange throughout their entire stay.

During their visit, Polly and Tina gained insights into our Sales, Purchasing, Service and Shipping departments. The direct exchange with colleagues provided an opportunity to learn more about processes, share experiences and further strengthen cooperation between our locations.

Alongside the professional discussions, personal interactions also played an important role. Through conversations, a visit to Ulm and a shared dinner, existing relationships were strengthened and new connections were formed.

International collaboration is built on trust, mutual understanding and personal exchange. Encounters like these create the foundation for successful cooperation across borders.
