A summer party full of surprises

The maierGROUP summer party was just around the corner. In bright sunshine, everyone was invited to celebrate together and enjoy the presentation of the TOP 100 Award. This award, which we accepted with pride and joy, recognised our outstanding achievements and innovative strength. Our company, Christian Maier GmbH & Co. KG, is now officially one of the 100 most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany.

A moving moment

A highlight of the ceremony was the speech by Lord Mayor Michael Salomo. When he honoured our achievement. We were very touched by his words about the innovative strength and solidarity in our company. This success would not have been possible without the commitment and willingness of every single team member. A heartfelt thank you for this!

A new era of communication

On this day, we launched a new type of internal communication: our own podcast. Manuel Lemke from Schalldose was on site and accompanied the live recording. His professional support helped Mr Maier and Mr Greiner to overcome their nervousness. With the podcast, we can now exchange and receive important information anytime and anywhere.

Celebrating and growing together

The summer party was a wonderful event to not only celebrate our successes, but also to further strengthen our team spirit. The energy and cohesion in the team was clear to see as we laughed together, enjoyed delicious food from the barbecue and exchanged ideas. Our own employees barbecued for us, along with delicious cakes and a wide selection of refreshing drinks. It was a very enjoyable day. Many thanks to everyone who made it possible!
