That’s why we would like to give you an insight into this area today and introduce you to the faces behind the scenes.

Felix Häring, who has been with us since 2019, first as a working student and then as a Junior Controller, will take up his new position as Controller and Sustainability Manager on May 1, 2024. He is currently completing a part-time Master’s degree in Sustainability Technologies and Management at the Wilhelm Büchner University of Applied Sciences.

Our working student Carmen Willer joined the maier family in the area of sustainability on March 14, 2024. She is currently completing her Master’s degree in Sustainable Corporate Management at the University of Ulm and is playing a key role in shaping the current transformation concept. She will also be writing her Master’s thesis in this area at the beginning of 2025.
